HRANA News Agency – Seyed Khalid (Yasin) Mousavi (26 years old) and Ali Chabishat (49 years old), the 2 death row Arab political prisoners from Shush are transferred from Dezfool prison to an unknown location on March 18.
These prisoners were arrested by Shush intelligence service on November 11, 2011 and after months being held in solitary confinement and experiencing mental and physical tortures, made confession against themselves in front of camera and based on that they have been charged with pipeline bombing and sentenced to death.
The branch number 2 of the revolutionary court with presidency of Judge Seyed Mohammad Bagher Mousavi sentenced Ali Chabishat and Seyed Khalid Mousavi to death and 25 years in prison for another defendant with the name of Salman Chayani (25 years old).
Their charges are announced as fight against God’s will by bombing gas pipeline. Need to be mentioned, Ali Chabishat is the owner of farmland where the bombing attack to pipeline has taken placed.
These prisoners were transferred from Ahvaz to Dezfool prison and were waiting for Supreme Court. Concerns have risen due to the possibility of confirmation of sentences by Supreme Court.
